T almond meal

T tapioca starch

T raw cacao powder

T beetroot powder

t baking powder

T stevia powder

cup almond milk

egg
·
Fresh
berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease
a large ceramic mug with coconut oil.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut
flour, almond meal, tapioca starch, raw cacao powder, beetroot powder, baking
powder, and stevia powder.
3. In a small bowl, beat the almond milk
and egg together.
4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry
ingredients until you get a thick batter.
5. Transfer the batter to the prepared
mug and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
6. Top with berries before serving
